Three Things
Carly
- Watching: AppleTV’s Mythic Quest, blending some of the creators and stars from It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia with Ubisoft to create a super interesting collision
- Listening: Even the Rich podcast that explores one famous and ridiculously rich family per season, currently the Versaces. The two hosts’ terrible (sorry!) accents and singing are some of her favorite parts
- (Re)reading: Peter Frase’s (she said like Fraser, no ‘e,’ but of course she meant no ‘r’) Four Futures, which explores the four different futures that may replace capitalism if and when it falls
Dan
- Watching: Ted Lasso, also an AppleTV show, starring Jason Sudeikis, who heads to the UK to coach a failing soccer team, even though he has no coaching experience
- Listening: To The Midnight whose music reminds him of classic video games. The two members were inspired by the Drive soundtrack, inspiration that you can see on their website as well
- Snacking: On Cow Tales, a chewy caramel snack with a cream center, the cream being a powdered milk, which is not cream at all but that Carly has officially, semi-reluctantly, added to her to-eat list
